Pour Blackberry Moonshine over ice, add Aguas Frescas Pineapple Horchata. Garnish with pineapple wedge and fresh blackberries.

4 oz. Simply Mixology Peach Sour

2 oz. Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water

Pour Blackberry Moonshine over ice, add Simply Mixology Peach Sour and Topo Chico. Garnish with lemon swirl and fresh blackberries.

4 oz. French Vanilla Coffee

In clear coffee mug add Carmel Moonshine, Irish Cream and Grand Marnier. Pour in 4 oz French Vanilla Coffee. Top with whip cream.

Pour Caramel Moonshine over ice, add Simply Apple Drink. Garnish with cinnamon stick and fresh apple slice.

4 oz. Heavy Cream

Pour Caramel Moonshine and Kamora Coffee Liqueur over ice. Add heavy cream on top. No stirring needed. Garnish with Trader Joe’s Triple Ginger Snap cookie!

6 oz. McClure’s Bloody Mary Mixer

Pour Hot Pepper Moonshine over ice, add McClure’s Bloody Mary Mix. Garnish with pickle, celery and avocado slice!

Salt (or not)

Salt the rim of a margarita glass (or not). Pour Hot Pepper Moonshine over ice, add Simply Mixology Lime Margarita Mix. Garnish with Lime wedge.

2 oz. Topo Chico Sparkling Mineral Water

Pour Mammoth Cave Moonshine over ice, add Simply Watermelon fruit juice and Topo Chico. Garnish with mint leaves.

Shine Runner

1 oz. Mammoth Cave Moonshine

.5 oz Banana Liqueur

.5 oz Blackberry Moonshine

2 oz. Simply Pineapple fruit juice

2 oz. Simply Lime fruit juice

.5 oz. Grenadine

Pour Mammoth Cave Moonshine, banana liqueur, Blackberry Moonshine, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a skewered brandied cherry and pineapple wedge.

1.5 oz. Mammoth Cave Moonshine

4-6 oz. Ale 8

1 knob fresh ginger peeled and roughly sliced

In a copper mug, muddle the fresh ginger. Add Mammoth Cave Moonshine, ice and fill the remainder of the mug with Ale 8 (4-6 oz.).  Garnish with a lime.
